Camera Processors for Laryngo-Stroboscopy
For many years, XION has been defining the technical standard for stroboscopic examinations of the vocal apparatus. Current EndoSTROBE systems based on the adaptive Spectar camera platform facilitate convenient visualisation of the moving vocal folds in unrivalled image quality. Camera heads and various flexible video endoscopes are available for this purpose.
Camera Processors for Surgery
Equipped for native sensor resolutions up to 4K/UHD, MATRIX P Spectar Camera Processors offer new possibilities for rigid and flexible endoscopy with the usual ease of use. The overall modular concept and the economic endoscope attachments make it possible to also subsequently expand the MATRIX P / PL Spectar Processors to a state-of-the-art 3D Endoscope System at just moderate cost.
Camera Processors for Office & Mobile Applications
Thanks to their versatility, compact dimensions and good price-performance ratio, the MATRIX E Spectar and MATRIX EL Spectar camera processors are excellently suited for applications in outpatient departments and medical practices. Combined with the EndoDESK back-wall system or roller stands, they enable compact and, if required, easily manoeuvrable units.
Camera Heads
Thanks to the universal Spectar Connector, a growing number of freely interchangeable application parts are available for the Spectar camera platform, whereby the 3D and 4K/UHD camera heads are supported exclusively by the P/PL processors. 2D camera heads are available with Full HD or 4K/UHD sensors and integrated lenses with fixed focal length or zoom. The compact, ergonomic Soft-Touch design and low weight make the Spectar camera heads very easy to handle. Both of the ergonomically arranged function keys are freely programmable.
Flexible Video Endoscopes
XION manufactures flexible video nasopharyngoscopes for different processor platforms. Various application parts with different sensor resolutions and shaft diameters are available for the current Spectar and Veezar camera platforms. Versions with a working channel provide the means for sampling and minor therapeutic interventions.
Flexible Fibre-Optic Endoscopes
XION fibre-optic nasopharyngoscopes have for many years proven successful in routine use worldwide. Rugged, easy to handle and of high optical quality, they are the dependable choice for everyday ENT endoscopy.
Compact Cameras
The Veezar compact cameras from XION combine camera electronics, optics and endoscope coupler in a single handy device. Because no separate control unit is required, they are particularly suitable where space is limited or for office applications.
Rigid Endoscopes
XION offers a wide range of rigid endoscopes in diameters from 2.7 to 10 mm, with various working lengths and viewing angles adapted to the respective application. High-end optical systems and the quality of the fibre-optic illumination system guarantee sharp, high-contrast images and thus support reliable diagnostics.
Illumination
The high light intensity, compact design and option for external control make XION light sources suitable for a wide range of endoscopic applications, including video-stroboscopy. Even at full light output, operation is almost silent.

Professional image and video documentation solutions for endoscopic procedures. XION documentation systems integrate seamlessly with camera processors and provide comprehensive archiving capabilities.
Medical Grade Monitors
XION offers monitors with optimal specifications for all areas of application. The models — supplied by established manufacturers — range from 21.5" 2D touch monitors up to 55" 3D monitors, selected and integrated to match each XION endoscopy system.
Software (DiVAS)
DiVAS is XION's modular software platform for recording, processing and managing patient and examination data such as endoscopic image data and voice-diagnostic examination data. It connects seamlessly to hospital information systems and medical-office software via standard interfaces such as DICOM, HL7 and GDT.
