This website is operated by Fortschritt Medical Supplies Inc. (“FMSInc.”, “we”, “us”), the exclusive distributor of XION Medical products in the Philippines. We are the personal information controller for data submitted through this site.

When you submit an inquiry, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, organization, the nature and purpose of your inquiry, and your message. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information or health data through this form.
3. Why we collect it
